Just got back from the most amazing tour and beech stay organised by Hayleys. Every detail was taken care of and couldn't be faulted. Our driver/guide Lakmal was a pleasure to be with and shared his tremendous knowledge at every stage making it an outstanding experience. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Would highly recommend Hayleys for a well organised and efficient service.

We had a private guided tour and accommodation booked in Sri Lanka with Hayleys. The service we have had from Hayleys has been excellent. We had a lovely gentleman called Douglas Silva as our driver/guide. He met us at Colombo International Airport and 5 days later he dropped us off at our beach side Hotel in Kosgoda. In the interim he drove us for hundred of miles around the Cultural Triangle and Kandy and Nurawa Eliya. He was very knowledgeable and gave us fabulous background information on all the places we visited. And he always found us somewhere nice to stop for lunch, with wonderful views and good food. Super service. Then towards the end of our holiday when the implications of COVID 19 started to be felt in the country, we received very good support from Sharon Silva at their main office in Colombo. She organised a different hotel at short notice when we needed to be closer to the Airport and she arranged a taxi to the airport including a curfew pass for the driver on our day of return. Very reassuring. So overall I’m very happy with Hayleys as a local tour business and would recommend them to anyone who may be going to Sri Lanka in the future.

Je remercie Hayleys Travels car l'organisation et le déroulement de notre voyage au Sri Lanka étaient parfaits malgré le temps qu'on passe sur les routes. Nous avons découvert un très beau pays, une culture fascinante et des gens accueillants. Les hôtels 4 et 5* étaient au top et la nourriture délicieuse spécialement à Amaya beach où nous avons passé 5 nuits. Absolutely fantastic time with our driver whilst touring around SL. Rohan was so accommodating and kind and helped us get the most out of SL in the time we were there. The extremely comfortable AC van was a godsend especially in the humid heat!! We are so so thankful to have met Rohan and will be telling our friends and family to book with Hayleys for their trips to SL.

Splendide circuit de 8 jours qui nous a permis de découvrir à la fois la beauté et la diversité des paysages, les lieux chargés d'histoire, l'approche du boudhisme mais aussi la culture du thé, la rencontre avec la faune sauvage, les jardins d'épices, la médecine ayurvédique ... Et bien sûr, l'accueil et la gentillesse de la population, la qualité exceptionnelle des hôtels avec une mention particulière pour The Argyle et bien sûr Amaya Beach ... Si on ajoute à cela et par dessus tout, la présence à nos côtés de notre chauffeur guide, Indika, sa bienveillance, ses compétences, son professionnalisme, son amour pour son pays qu'il a su nous faire découvrir et partager, tout a participé à faire de notre voyage au Sri Lanka une magnifique expérience. We booked our tour in Sri Lanka through Hayleys Travels. With little time to spend researching the destination, we sent Natasha an email with what we were looking for. Her itinerary could not have been more perfect for us. The accommodations and locations chosen throughout our trip were fantastic. Each place was unusual, luxurious, gave great service and was well located. Our driver guide, Poshita, and vehicle were also very good. Poshita was always on time, and accommodated our requests to keep stopping at all the fruit stalls on the way. He would even spend time researching restaurants for us once he learned our tastes! Our trip was extremely well organised, well planned and very well executed. I highly recommend Hayleys Travels and I will use them again on my next trip to Sri Lanka.

Wonderful 12 day holiday in Sri Lanka organised by Natasha at Hayleys Travels. We requested 7 days touring followed by 5 days to chill out at a beach location before returning home. Natasha suggested an itinerary which gave us a mix of culture, World heritage sites, train journey, countryside, wildlife and beach. The organised tour was very efficient and interesting, our guide/driver Indika, friendly and knowledgeable. I had some minor input with hotel choice but the majority suggested by Natasha and very good. I would certainly recommend Hayleys Travels.

Hayleys are one of the main operators in Sri Lanka for quality tours. You have your own consistent contact so you can arrange a trip to suit your interests, from the standard package. Our tour was a mixture of culture in Kandy and Dambulla. Then up into the hills with the tea plantations in Ella. The train is a highlight. 98 acres eco resort Ella is the best hotel i have ever stayed in. Then down to Yala for safari and wildlife. We finished up at Bentota at the beach with a visit to Galle. The personal drivers are pleasant and knowledgeable. The general standard of hotels was amazing with some really exceptional locations and each one was slightly different.

Siamo tornati da pochi giorni da un viaggio nello splendido Sri Lanka organizzato in maniera precisa e puntuale tramite Hayleys Travels, tour operator che abbiamo trovato cercando sul web. Siamo stati seguiti da Natasha nella pianificazione del giro, davvero molto efficiente e disponibile ad accogliere nostre richieste; anche un piccolo imprevisto occorso durante il viaggio è stato gestito in maniera eccellente in modo da minimizzare i disagi. Perfetta la selezione degli hotel, strutture di ottimo livello; molto comodo il mezzo (pulmino Toyota) perfettamente adatto alle nostre esigenze (due famiglie con bambini, in tutto 7 persone). Siamo stati accompagnati nel nostro tour da un driver altrettanto gentile, puntuale e premuroso, Sarath, davvero una splendida persona che abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere negli 8 giorni trascorsi insieme e che non dimenticheremo. In base alla nostra esperienza, non possiamo quindi che raccomandare Hayleys Travels, Natasha ed il nostro driver Sarath per organizzare ed essere accompagnati alla perfezione in un tour alla scoperta della meravigliosa terra di Sri Lanka.
