Welcome to Sri Lanka, the luscious island of golden beaches, climbing ripples, enigmatic animals, a majestic history, delightful tea and friendly smiles.
Upon arrival in this beautiful island, you will be greeted by a friendly tour guide who will accompany you to your air-conditioned vehicle. You will be taken to your selected hotel in Negombo. Rest of the day is at leisure.

After Breakfast, you'll be leaving on an exciting drive through busy towns, villages’ woodlands, rice paddies and marshes into the rural heartland of tropical Sri Lanka to your destination - Habarana. Later on, you will set off towards Minneriya National Park for your game drive in search of wild elephants and the variety of species of birds and animals that can be found here.

An early morning start today to visit one of Sri Lanka’s most famous landmarks, the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, rising 200 meters above the surrounding plains. This is a majestic sight and well worth the climb to witness 360-degree views across Sri Lanka. This lion rock is said to be one of the UNESCO listed World Heritage Sites, the architecture of this magnificent rock is unbelievable!

Overnight stay in Habarana
Today, you'll be leaving for Kandy en-route visiting the 1st century BC Dambulla Rock Cave Temple - the most impressive and largest rock cave temple complex in Sri Lanka.
On completion, drive to Kandy, en-route visit the Spice gardens located at Matale.
In the evening, you will be taken to witness a traditional performance of Kandyan dancing. Complete your day with an evening visit to the Temple of the Tooth, which houses the most sacred relic of the Buddha.

Today, you'll be visiting the Udawattakele Sanctuary or the Royal Forest Park of Kandy is located on the hill behind the Dalada Maligawa or the Temple of the Tooth Relic. This wildlife haven is a habitat to numerous species of mammals, reptiles and an extraordinary fauna.
Afterwards, take a stroll through the Royal Botanical Gardens Peradeniya; which started off as pleasure gardens for Sinhalese Royalty. Behold the amazing collection of over 300 varieties of orchids, probably the largest collection in Asia!

After having breakfast, you will be driven down to the railway station to experience one of the most exciting and scenic train journeys on the island, across the tea covered mountains, through tunnels and over bridges to your destination Nuwara Eliya. This place is also known as ‘little England’. Grab your jackets and explore the amazing wonders of Nuwara Eliya.
In the afternoon visit a working tea factory, to explore the tea estates and to learn about how it’s all done to make a delicious fresh cup of tea!

After an early breakfast or packed breakfast, you'll be leaving for an adventurous drive to Horton Plains National Park, located at an altitude of over 2000 meters and covering an area of 3160 hectares. Commence the circular trek through the park from the visitor’s centre where you will find some interesting exhibits pertaining to the history, fauna and flora of Horton Plains. The 9-kilometer circular trek will take approximately 3 hours to complete and will cover an escarpment called mini worlds end and the famous worlds end, from which point on a clear day you could see the southern coast of Sri Lanka.

After breakfast, you'll be leaving for Yala! Passing by the lush tropical countryside, the little agriculture-based villages to the southeast region of Sri Lanka to your destination. Check-in to your selected hotel in Yala. This afternoon will be at leisure, allowing you to familiarize with the surroundings.

Today is going to be a great day filled with immense excitement and fun! You'll be leaving on an exciting early morning safari drive through the Yala National Park. The Yala National Park is the second largest in Sri Lanka and is home to 44 species of mammals including Elephant, Leopard (the highest density found in the world), Monkeys, Sloth bear, Toque Macaque, Red Slender Loris, and Fishing Cat and about 215 Bird species. This safari is the perfect ride for any wildlife lover, exploring the marvels of Sri Lankan wildlife and nature, all in one!
Return to the park for an afternoon safari drive.

After breakfast, you will proceed to Mirissa for your beach stay. Mirissa is home to beautiful beaches, whale watching, surf waves and quirky beach-side restaurants.

After breakfast, you'll be leaving on a leisurely drive to Colombo, en route visiting the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery! This is a haven of turtles, in various sizes and appearances. You'll be able to learn about turtles, take pictures of them and even hold them on your palms! There are numbers of various turtles, namely the Ridgeback, Hawksbill, Green Turtle, Olive Ridley and Loggerhead.
Overnight in Colombo
You've seen and done some of the best activities and spectacles of our lovely paradise and now it's time to say goodbye. As per the flight itinerary you will be taken to the airport for your departure back to your country of origin.
