After breakfast leave for Kandy via Spice Gardens in Matale.
Thereafter you will do some sightseeing including a visit to the Temple of the Tooth Relic in Kandy. Kandy was the last royal capital and it is one of the most fascinating towns in Sri Lanka, famous for its gorgeous setting beside a lake, cradled by hills and surrounded by the misty hill of tea plantations.

After breakfast go on an excursion to the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage.
The Pinnawala elephant orphanage is an elephant haven of about 100 elephants! This is said to be the largest herd of captive elephants in the world. Add some essence to your travel experience by spending time with the elephants.
